Once you submit your opportunity, our dedicated Wonder team embarks on a detailed assessment to determine alignment with Wonder’s four lens evaluation criteria. This is an integral step in our process, as we strive to ensure every venture aligns with our vision and values.
If your opportunity is a go, we don’t just take it forward, we bring you along for the journey! We believe in the power of collaboration and the unique insights that you, as the Founder of the opportunity, can bring. You will be invited to participate in the Qualify, Scale, and Build stages of the business, with appropriate stage-gates set in place to ensure a smooth and effective process.
Our Business Creation Process typically kicks off with a Qualify Sprint. This is a stage where the opportunity Founder(s) and team delve deeper into the opportunity, exploring and testing the hypotheses outlined in the Business Hypothesis Canvas. As we navigate through this process, it’s natural, and even expected, for these hypotheses to evolve based on new learnings and insights.
At the end of the Qualify Sprint, we don’t just make a decision on our own. We involve you, the team, and Wonder in a comprehensive discussion on how best to proceed forward. This collaborative approach is what sets us apart and ensures that we’re all on the same page on if and how we move forward.

2. Does i focus on an attractive customer need?
We look for opportunities that solve for major customer problems, or something customers cannot do today.
3. Does it drive material commercial success?
We seek opportunities that can scale globally, increase importance over time, capture new and / or emerging markets, and yield exponential revenue growth
4. Does it leverage Deloitte’s competitive advantages?
We leverage Deloitte’s distinct expertise, assets, resources, and relationships to help us ideate, build, and scale quickly.
